The monthly meeting of the Grand Lake Rec Club was called to order by Vice President, Keith Seitz at Bayview, with approximately 37 members present. Vice President, Keith Seitz read the April minutes.  Treasurer, Kim Swick read the Treasurer’s report:
GLRC balance: $21,447.52
Mobley balance: $4,096.03

News/ Information:

• Ditch Cleanup before meeting went well, thanks to all who helped
• Officer nominations are due by May 31st. Elections will be held at the June Meeting at Moose
• Oil Derrick is now out, after being fixed by Dave Now and Dan Stant
• Bicycle Poker Run: 
  • The new owners of Bayview were at the meeting, they are excited and ready for our Bicycle Poker Run on June 14th. They will have a bloody mary bar, breakfast pizza, sandwiches and beer stand
  • Raffle tickets: tickets are $20/ea, for a total of 300 tickets to be sold
  • Let us know if you are able to help work at the BPR. Parking help and dealers are always needed
  • There are 11 big banners out, printed by FourYou
  • Pre-registration is available at Bayview and Shingleshack
• Trevor Mobley Fundraiser is 9/6/25 this year at Moose.
• Women of Moose Fundraiser is 6/7/25
