Easy Crab Cakes

1 stick margarine
1 jar old English spread
1/2 t. Mayo
1/2 t. Seasoned salt
7 oz. Crab meat
6 English muffins split
Blend the 1st five ingredients and spread on each muffin & freeze – I freeze them – then get them out let them sit a few minutes then cut into wedges and pop them back in the freezer – ready to cook
To serve broil until bubbly.
