This is a recipe for a yummy spinach dip.
Ingredients:
1 Box/bag frozen creamy spinach* (I use Kroger brand)
1 small box Velveeta Mexican
1 ½ cup sour cream
Handful of Mozzarella cheese (approx. ½ cup) (not too much or it will get stringy)
Long Baguette bread at Krogers
(*Note – make sure it’s the creamy kind, not regular spinach – no draining)
Mix first four ingredients together and put in crock pot to heat thru for awhile.
Bake and slice bread in serving pieces.
For my immediate family of use 2 loaves of bread. Make three if taking it to a larger party.
