News/ Information

• Dale Faler: lake level 5 1/2 above notch. Continue making updates at State Park: GLRC is in design phase in conjunction with LIA for new shelter house, fenced in play area, swings, and playground to go with the ada fishing dock was that was installed at West Bank boat ramps. Division of wildlife installing replacement  fishing dock where old damaged dock was on south end of west bank $40K in funds from Division of Wildlife. Splashpad still down, company should be in to fix it soon.
• Mike Powell fish fry will be at Shelter house 3, all donations to be donated to GLRC.
• BPR went well. 260 participants. Monetary numbers still being finalized. Feedback, suggestions welcome (Harrison Road stop to have a sign put up, map of stops, port-o-pot at Bayview, envelope to have rider number on it, etc)
• Blessing of the boats went great. Brad spoke and we received a $5,000 donation from Moose.
• Haye’s picked up the buoys at Lake Lite for us, much appreciated! It would have cost $500 to have them shipped. Labels being printed and buoys will be installed soon
• Illuminated Buoys this round: Shingle Shack, Otterbein, boardwalk, sailboat club, duckfoots, and lakeshore marina
• We will have our one GLRC band at Boater’s Beach on July 6th with Rosenbeck & Axe
